Art Walk is happening on Whyte Avenue and instead of setting up a tent with On the Spot Pop, we are having a Trunk show featuring Ilex Everyday 11 to 4 pm and then a Summer Craft & Draught in the boardroom and possibly even on the rooftop terrace!
Once again this Craft & Draught is hosted by our office mates, Northern Light Theatre. Join us for some knitting, crafting and tasty, cold beers on Saturday, July 7th, 4 - 8 pm.
Holly Messenger Aamot, creator of Ilex Everyday will be setting up the the first Trunk Show at the Alberta Yarn Project's shop (#203, 10816A Whyte Avenue). Join us on Saturday, July 7th, 11 am - 4 pm to view Holly's beautiful items including locally sourced and created clothing, yarns and fibre.
After a brief hiatus, we have a tiny shop again! So we are celebrating with a Grand Opening Craft & Draught.
Bring a pal, a crafty project to work on, and enjoy locally sourced yarn, beer, and grilled cheese sandwiches, hosted by our friends at Northern Light Theatre.
We will be in our new home, inside the aforementioned Northern Light Theatre, 6 - 9 pm. There is plenty of city street parking, plus we're very close to transit. (#203, 10816 - 82 Avenue).

The Fibre Shindig returns with its fabulous selection of local fibre, yarn and art vendors.
Saturday, October 21st, 10 am - 5 pm, Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association (1320 - 5 Avenue NW).
Entry fee is $5 on the door ,which also gets you a raffle ticket for door prizes. Kids under 16 are free.
Craft & Draught is back!
We are partnering with the great folks at Board N Brew for this week night get together.
Bring your current crafty project, a friend or two and enjoy the atmosphere, food and drinks at this great downtown board game cafe!
Located at 9929 103 street downtown, Board N Brew is a cafe that's open to the public and has loads of great games to play. There is no cover charge to sit (and knit!) at the cafe, but if you want to play any of their amazing selection of board games there is a $5 charge.
We look forward to seeing you soon at Craft & Draught, we will have some new yarn to show off to you, so come visit with us. (And get some crafty work done too!)
